About AndGar

A Birmingham-based firm that builds operating systems.

We started in 2024 to build the platforms, brands, and frameworks real organizations use to run. Everything we ship, we own and we license.

We founded AndGar Solutions in 2024 with a simple idea. The tools organizations depend on should be built with care, owned outright, and run for the long haul. So we set out to make them.

Most firms advise and walk away. We build operating systems and keep running them. When you own the system instead of renting advice, you control how it grows, what it costs, and how long it lasts. That is the work we chose.

We are anchored in Homewood, Alabama, just outside Birmingham. Local roots keep us honest and close to the people we serve, even as the platforms we build operate nationally.

Our model treats software the way you treat property. AndGar owns the intellectual property behind each system, then licenses it to the organizations that run on it. They get a finished platform. We keep stewarding the source.

How we work

A few principles.

Close view of hands at work over plans and tools at a desk.

Build, do not just advise.

We ship working systems we own and run, not slide decks that gather dust.

Own the source.

No black boxes handed to clients. We hold the code and stand behind it.

Plain English.

We say what we mean and write it down, so everyone knows where things stand.

Long horizon.

We steward what we build for years, not just until the contract ends.

The IP we hold

What lives under the firm.
