02 / Delivery Modes

How we actually teach.

Mode 01

Open Cohort

Quarterly cohorts open to individuals and small teams from multiple organizations. Six to twelve sessions, live, with applied homework between sessions.

Mode 02

Closed Cohort

Private to one organization. Same structure as Open, but case studies and assignments are tuned to the team's real operating context.

Mode 03

Custom Curriculum

We build the curriculum, deliver the first cohort, and hand off facilitation assets so the organization can run subsequent cohorts internally.

03 / Workforce Partnership

Real internships. Real work.

We partner with municipal workforce programs and community organizations to deliver structured internships in production environments — not shadow programs, not coffee runs.

Interns rotate across real production areas: social content, product shoots, live show production, and post-production audio. Each placement carries a written work plan, defined supervisor, and credentialed outcome.
